Private Law
What is private law?
Private law is the branch of law that regulates relations between individuals, whether natural or legal persons, without direct intervention by the State.
Private law allows the autonomy of the will of the parties, who can freely agree on the terms of their legal relationships.
The State acts as a guarantee agent and arbitrator of private relations, which are based on equality and coordination.
Some branches of private law are civil law, commercial law, labor law or private international law.
