What is bad faith?
In legal terms, bad faith refers to a dishonest, malicious or deceptive attitude or conduct by a person when carrying out an action or transaction. It involves acting with the knowledge that what is being done is wrong or unfair, or with the intention of obtaining an unfair advantage or harming another person.
