What is an abuse of power?
At a legal level, the abuse of power refers to the improper or excessive use of the authority, position or influence that a person has by virtue of his position, position or situation.
It implies that someone in a position of power acts illegitimately or unfairly, either to obtain personal benefits, harm others or violate established rights and regulations.
