What is commercial law?

Commercial law is the branch of private law that deals with regulating commercial acts and the statute of entrepreneurs. Regulates legal relationships between people who carry out economic activities, such as the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services.

The legal body that establishes the principles and rules to regulate commercial matters is the Commercial Code.

Recognizes and proclaims the principle of the autonomy of the will of the parties.
