What is a company?
A company is an organization of people and resources that seeks to obtain an economic benefit with the development of a certain activity.
This activity may be of an industrial, commercial or service nature, and may or may not be for profit. Companies can be classified according to different criteria, such as their size, their origin of capital, their sector of activity or their scope of operation.
A company in the tertiary sector is one that is dedicated to the commercialization of products or services. For example, trade, tourism or education companies.
A local business is one that operates in a limited geographic scope, such as a city or region. For example, a bakery, a hairdresser or a bookstore.
