Negotiation
What is negotiation?
Assisted negotiation is an alternative method of conflict resolution, in which the parties involved in a conflict try to resolve it on their own.
It can be an assisted negotiation, that is, enlist the help of an impartial third party (be it a mediator, conciliator, arbitrator…) who acts as a facilitator and conductor of communication.
The objective of assisted negotiation is for the parties to reach a voluntary, fair and lasting agreement that respects their interests and needs.
